Meet Brandi
I’ll be honest, events were not my original plan. I wanted to be a cosmetic dentist, until a high school job shadow made it clear that needles and I don’t mix. Two days later, I was front row at a Britney Spears concert as the confetti fell, and I knew I wanted to create moments like that.
I’ve spent 15+ years in corporate events, incentive travel, DMC, and biotech and life sciences. The pattern I kept seeing was that brands invest heavily in events but rarely measure whether they worked. Measurable Moments exists to change that.
I’m optimistic, obsessively organized, and easy to work with. I listen first, remove roadblocks, and make sure your events deliver real results.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside with my family, chasing my toddler and our puppy around the dog beach with my husband. I love traveling, farmers markets, and anything crafty, and I’m a sucker for anything festive or themed. (Clearly, events were always in my blood.)

FAQ
-
A corporate event strategist makes sure your events support real business goals. I help you decide which events to run, set measurable goals for each one, plan them with tracking built in, and report on results so you know what's worth repeating.
-
An event planner focuses on logistics: venues, vendors, timelines. An event strategist starts earlier and goes further, connecting each event to business outcomes like leads, sales, or retention and measuring whether it delivered. I do both, with strategy leading the way.
-
We set goals before the event, then track the numbers tied to them: registrations and attendance, qualified leads, meetings booked, deals influenced, new patients, feedback scores, and cost per attendee. After the event, you get a report comparing results to goals and investment.

Mostly small to mid-size and growing brands, from single-location wellness practices to established companies running six or more events a year.
-
CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and CMM (Certification in Meeting Management) are two of the most respected credentials in the meetings and events industry. They mean your events are led by someone trained in both event execution and the business strategy behind it.
-
Yes. The Essentials package starts with an audit of the events you already have on the calendar, so you can improve what's in motion rather than starting from scratch.
